At the end of the ordering, click on the 'CHECKOUT' button, which confirms your order.

Upon order completion, you will receive a email to confirm that your order has been received & the payment has been processed.

Australian Orders

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

It's recommend that customers provide a physical delivery address where a person will be available to accept the delivery during business hours. Otherwise your parcel maybe re-directed to the nearest post office for collection. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days & delivered within 7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a email with a freight quote to confirm. All orders will be dispatched by Australia post & dispatched within 1-3 business days. International delivery time can vary between 7 & 17 working days depending on location. 
Return & Exchange Policy

There maybe the occasional customs or courier delay, which could affect the delivery time. 

 

UPDATING THE SHIPPING ADDRESS 

Hevs Beauty will update the shipping address provided the order has not yet been dispatched by Australia post.

RETURNS

Change of mind - if product is unused & undamaged the purchaser will need to pay the return post, upon the retrieval of the item a refund will be issued.
